1. 用户加入会员后，必得一张仅限使用一次的 5 USDT 抵扣券。该抵扣券有效期自发放之日起 30 天，逾期自动失效。
2. 用户加入会员后，平台将随机发放优惠券。优惠券种类、面额及使用条件，以实际发放时券面说明或活动页面展示为准。
3. 优惠券不可兑换现金、不可转让、不可提现；除另有说明外，不可叠加使用。
二、禁止行为与账号处理
4. 用户不得使用来源不明、被链上风险标记，或涉嫌违法（包括但不限于洗钱、诈骗、恐怖融资、制裁规避等）的 USDT 进行充值。
5. 如平台发现或合理怀疑用户存在上述行为，平台有权拒绝该笔充值、暂停或终止会员权益、封禁账号，并依法向有关监管或执法机关报告。
三、Plus 会员（应援会员）认证
6. Plus 会员（应援会员）可获得平台官方认证标识：灰色对勾"V"认证。
7. 该认证可在讨论区评论区及个人主页展示。
8. 认证展示期限与会员有效期一致；会员到期、失效或被终止后，认证自动取消。
四、法律适用
9. 本集团讨论区遵守公司注册地澳门及运营地香港特别行政区的法律法规。用户行为将依据香港特别行政区法律法规处理。
五、其他
10. 平台可在合法范围内调整本协议及会员规则，并通过公告或页面提示等方式通知用户；调整前已发放的权益，按原规则执行。
11. 本协议未尽事宜，以平台规则及适用法律为准。

1. Membership & Benefits
1. Upon joining, members are guaranteed a one-time 5 USDT coupon. The coupon is valid for 30 days from issuance and expires automatically thereafter.
2. After joining, the platform will distribute coupons randomly. Coupon types, denominations, and terms are subject to the coupon face description or campaign page at the time of issuance.
3. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or withdrawn; unless otherwise stated, they cannot be combined.
2. Prohibited Conduct & Account Actions
4. Users must not top up with USDT of unknown origin, flagged by on-chain risk markers, or suspected of illegal activity (including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, etc.).
5. If the platform discovers or reasonably suspects such behavior, it reserves the right to reject the top-up, suspend or terminate membership benefits, ban the account, and report to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law.
3. Plus Member (Supporter) Verification
6. Plus members (supporters) receive the platform's official verification mark: a gray checkmark "V".
7. The verification may be displayed in forum comments and on personal homepages.
8. The verification display period matches the membership validity; upon membership expiry, invalidation, or termination, the verification is automatically removed.
4. Governing Law
9. This group forum complies with the laws and regulations of Macau (place of incorporation) and Hong Kong SAR (place of operation). User conduct will be handled in accordance with Hong Kong SAR laws and regulations.
5. Miscellaneous
10. The platform may adjust this agreement and membership rules within legal bounds, notifying users via announcements or page notices; benefits already issued before adjustments follow the original rules.
11. Matters not covered in this agreement are subject to platform rules and applicable laws.
